Hydoring Oy – Milestones

1987
Hydoring Oy is formed through the merger of Konepaja M. Virtanen and TR-Hydro; the main owner is Oy Datacity Patron Ab (Rautaruukki Group)

1993
The company acquires Hypro-Lahti Oy, becomes a distributor of Bosch hydraulic components.

1994
Hypro-Lahti Oy and Hydoring Oy merge with Kyrön Konepaja Oy and adopt the name Hydoring Oy, the company acquires the cylinder production unit of Lännen Engineering Oy.

1996
Hydoring Oy’s manufacturing operations are concentrated in the Kyrö plant,
the owners are Timo Raikko and AVS Oy.

2001
System Integrator contract with Bosch Rexroth Oy.

2007
Timo Raikko acquires all shares in the company.

2011
The company acquires Salon Konepaja’s cylinder business.

2013
New ERP (Lean System) is taken into use.

2016
The company acquires the TL-Hydraulics cylinders product rights, including the drawings and all approval for the products and spare parts.
