HD 6022 is a double acting cylinder series for heavy duty industrial applications

It complies with the standard ISO 6022. Bore size range from Ø50 to 200 mm and two optional rod diameters for each bore. The connection ports are threaded with parallel threads. Stroke lengths according to customer's requirements. Tolerances for cylinder length and stroke as per ISO 8135.
When designing HD 6022 -series, extra attention has been paid to ensure, that the cylinders are made leak-free. Thus we use double sealing for the rod. This means, that on the unpressurized side of the pressure seal there is an other seal, which wipes the oil film passed the first seal. From experience we know, that the leakage of an undamaged 6022-series cylinder is minimal.
The cylinders can be supplied with or without adjustable cushioning at either or both end positions. The cushioning is self-centering and includes check valve -action.
