HD6120 Double acting hydraulic cylinder

Bore size range
from Ø25 to 200 mm and two optional rod diameters for each bore. The connection ports are threaded with parallel threads. Stroke lengths
according to customer's requirements. Tolerances for cylinder length and stroke as per ISO 8135.
When designing HD 6120 -series, extra attention has been paid to ensure, that the cylinders are made leak-free. Thus we use double sealing
for the rod. This means, that on the unpressurized side of the pressure seal there is an other seal, which wipes the oil film passed the first
seal. From experience we know, that this method minimizes the oil transfer of the piston rod sealing.
The cylinder can be supplied with cushioning at end positions. The cushioning is self adjusting on piston size Ø50 and smaller. Cushioning is
adjustable on size Ø63 and larger
