Hydoring Oy has completed an ownership arrangement related to a generational transition in the company’s ownership.
The arrangement ensures the continuity of Hydoring’s Finnish family ownership and lays the foundation for the company’s next phase of development. Hydoring’s day-to-day operations and management will continue as before, and the company will continue to be developed as a long-term, entrepreneur-led Finnish industrial company.
The aim is to strengthen Hydoring’s competitiveness, develop its existing businesses, expand its international operations and build sustainable long-term growth. The arrangement has no impact on existing agreements, orders, deliveries, invoicing, contact persons or day-to-day cooperation.
