Modern and flexible production: Our production enables a wide range of sizes, with piston diameters from 25 to 700 mm and stroke lengths of over 12 meters. Products are designed and manufactured in Finland using advanced manufacturing methods, precision machinery, and decades of experience. The production process is further supported by a high-quality surface treatment facility and paint shop, ensuring durability even in demanding operating conditions.

All our cylinders are carefully tested before delivery in accordance with ISO 10100 to ensure reliable performance in all operating conditions.

HD1000 is a hydraulic cylinder series designed for lighter industrial and mobile equipment applications where cost-efficiency and operational reliability are prioritized.

HD6120 is a double-acting hydraulic cylinder series compliant with the ISO 6020/1 standard, designed for demanding applications in heavy industry.

HD2250 is a high-quality double-acting hydraulic cylinder series designed for demanding industrial, shipbuilding, and mobile equipment applications. The series combines high performance, a wide range of sizes, and versatile mounting options.

  • Ø25–125 mm cylinders: nominal pressure 21 MPa (210 bar)
  • Ø160–250 mm cylinders: nominal pressure 25 MPa (250 bar)

HD6000 is a double-acting servo cylinder series designed specifically for demanding industrial applications such as machinery manufacturing, automation, and heavy-duty motion control. The series is based on ISO 6020/1 dimensions, and its technical solutions ensure precise and leak-free operation even during extended operating cycles.

HD2205 is a high-quality hydraulic cylinder based on the HD2250 series, equipped with an integrated load-holding valve. This makes it an excellent choice for applications requiring enhanced safety, control, and system stability.

  • Nominal pressure: 21 MPa (210 bar)
  • Valve options: cylinders are primarily supplied with Sun Hydraulics valves

Our range includes:

  • HD L100 and HD K100 – compact, cost-effective small power unit series (tank sizes 25–75 l). Particularly suitable for small industrial and automation applications.

  • HDK series – modular power unit solutions for heavier-duty applications (tank sizes 63–2000 l). The series can be equipped with customer-specific valve, control, and pump solutions

  • CPU power units – compact, servo-motor-driven power units that are an excellent solution for modern electro-hydraulic systems, where energy efficiency, precision, and space saving are key priorities

HD L100 is Hydoring’s smallest power unit series, offering an excellent combination of performance, cost-efficiency, and a compact design. The series is particularly suitable for light and medium-duty industrial applications where space is limited.
